This policy explains how cancellations, recurring-payment cancellations and refund requests are handled for Alif Quran Academy.
1. Free trial
The trial request submitted through our website is free. No payment is taken merely for submitting the trial form.
2. Cancelling an ongoing monthly subscription
You may request cancellation of future recurring charges by contacting Alif Quran Academy. Please contact us at least 3 days before the next scheduled billing date so there is reasonable time to process the request. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started.
3. Refund eligibility
If you change your mind after the first paid enrollment, you may request a refund within 7 days of the first payment provided that no paid class has been attended or delivered. Once paid classes for that billing period have started, the payment for that period is generally non-refundable.
Duplicate charges, clearly incorrect charges, or payments taken after a properly processed cancellation request will be investigated and, where confirmed, refunded or corrected.
4. Short courses
For Journey Towards Healing, Tafseer ul Quran — Juz 30, Little Muslims Camp and other fixed-duration programmes, a refund may be requested before the first paid class begins. After the programme has started, amounts already charged are generally non-refundable, while future scheduled charges may be cancelled where the payment plan still has future billing cycles.
5. Academy cancellation
If Alif Quran Academy cancels a paid class or programme and cannot provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduling option, we will work with the student or parent/guardian on an appropriate credit, rescheduling arrangement or refund for the affected undelivered service.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@alifquran.academy or contact us on WhatsApp at +92 347 5920136. Include the student's name, course, payment date and a brief explanation of the request. Do not send full card details by email or WhatsApp.
7. Refund processing
Once a refund request is approved, Alif Quran Academy will submit/process the refund through the original payment method, where supported, within 7 business days of approval. After we submit the refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to the customer’s account; that external posting time is outside Alif Quran Academy’s control.
Recurring payments: A request to stop future monthly billing is different from a request to refund a payment that has already been processed. Please state clearly which action you require.
