These Terms and Conditions govern use of alifquran.academy and enrollment in online classes and courses offered by Alif Quran Academy. By requesting a trial, enrolling, or purchasing a paid course or subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Alif Quran Academy provides online Quran and Islamic education, including regular Quran classes, Hifz, Tafseer and short courses. Course availability, schedules, tutor availability and class frequency may vary.
2. Free trials and enrollment
Submitting the website form requests a free trial and does not itself take payment. The academy will contact the student or parent/guardian to arrange the trial. Paid enrollment begins only after the relevant course, schedule and fee have been agreed and a payment or subscription has been set up.
3. Fees and currencies
Fees are shown or communicated in the currency applicable to the student's country or payment arrangement. The amount shown at checkout is the amount to be charged by the payment provider. Students or parents are responsible for checking the amount, currency and course before completing payment.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Where monthly Auto-Pay is selected, the payment provider may securely save the customer's payment method and charge the agreed recurring amount according to the selected plan. Ongoing courses may renew monthly for the billing cycle configured for that plan unless cancelled. Short-course plans are limited to the stated course duration/billing cycles.
5. Short courses
Short courses have defined durations. The current website describes Journey Towards Healing as an 8-week programme, Tafseer ul Quran — Juz 30 as a 3-month course, and Little Muslims Camp as a 1-month programme. A payment plan for a short course is intended to end after its configured billing cycles rather than continue indefinitely.
6. Scheduling and attendance
Students should attend classes at the agreed times and inform the academy as early as reasonably possible if they cannot attend. Rescheduling, make-up classes and tutor changes depend on availability and the circumstances of the missed class.
7. Parent or guardian responsibility
For a child student, a parent or legal guardian should complete enrollment, approve payment arrangements and communicate with the academy on the child's behalf.
8. Acceptable conduct
Students and parents must communicate respectfully with tutors and academy staff and must not misuse class links, recordings, website services, payment links or academy materials.
9. Intellectual property
Original academy materials, website content, branding and course resources remain the property of Alif Quran Academy or their respective rights holders. Materials provided for a student's learning may not be commercially reproduced or redistributed without permission.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, recurring-payment cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Payment providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Safepay. Their checkout, card processing and related services are also subject to their own applicable terms and policies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, this website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, including any applicable consumer court.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when our courses, payment arrangements or website change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
